Personal Concierge Services: $50/hour; $25 minimum
You may purchase 10 hours of our services at a rate of $350, payable in advance.
Condo/Home Walk Thru $25 flat fee
Garbage Can Service $25 flat fee; $10 one way
Watering Plants/Lawn $25 flat fee
Mid-Week Rental Check $25 flat fee
Shopping Services: Purchase total plus 20% service/delivery fee on purchases under $250; 15% fee applied to purchases of $250-$499; 10% fee applied to purchases of $500 & up; additional delivery fee may be applied on purchases under $50
